HATEM RACHID HATEM

CEO and Founder of Hatem Audit Firm since 1993, hold an MBA in Financial Management from the University of Bordeaux – France and a MBA in Finance & Accounting from the Lebanese Canadian University. He holds a Diploma in Auditing and Reviewing, IFRS for SMEs and has attended multiple national and international conventions, seminars and trainings in the field of Auditing and Accounting Standards, Quality Control (Peer Reviewers), IPSAS, Governance and Leadership. Mr. Hatem is engaged in other activities including forensic audit and consultancy to business and international non-profit organization. He has an auditing and accounting background and work as a court-appointed auditor for a number of high profile cases in Lebanon. Mr. Hatem is a member of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (LACPA) and the Arab federation of Accountants and Auditors (AFAA). He was a Board Member and Secretary of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants for the years 2009-2011 and a Disciplinary Board Member and Secretary for the years 2007-2008, he was President of Public Relation Committee and Scientific Committee. Recently is the General Secretary of Lebanese Tax Association (LTA) and one of the Classified Internal Auditor for the Public Sector and SOE’s.
